Dedication of the White Horse 1000yd IBS Range to Tim Gardner, April 30, 2011.

On April 30, 2011, White Horse Center held the first two of ten scheduled IBS 1000yd matches for 2011.  Prior to the start of the matches the firing line complex was dedicated to one of White Horse’s and the shooting community’s biggest supporters, Mr. Tim Gardner.  Without Tim’s support the new concrete pad, covered firing line, 14 fixed concrete shooting benches, electrical power to the new scoring building and concession building plus several other projects would not have been possible.  Tim is the primary supporter as well as a friend of White Horse Center and has always been a competitive shooter at all our IBS matches.  Tim is the owner and President of Douglas Barrels and he and his wife Laura reside in the Greater Kanawha Valley (Charleston, WV). White Horse Center is truly thankful for the support and assistance Tim Gardner has and continues to provide.
